At CALD Outdoor, we specialise in targeted advertising campaigns through digital screens located in grocery stores catering to Multicultural communities.

 

In light of our rapid expansion, we seek proactive and driven individuals who thrive on achieving results and are comfortable with initiating contact through cold calling and door-to-door visits in Sydney or Melbourne. This position entails face-to-face interactions, thus we value multilingual candidates who possess self-motivation and a determination to contribute to the growth of our digital screen network.

 

Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, own a vehicle, and be fluent in at least one of the following languages: Indian, Arabic, Greek, Italian, Vietnamese, or Chinese.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing multicultural supermarkets for the suitability of 50-inch digital screens

  • Articulating CALD's objectives to store owners and demonstrating the benefits of our communication solutions to their business

  • Negotiating and securing advertising contracts with store owners

 

Ideal candidates:

  • Prefer working independently

  • Enjoy setting personal timelines and goals

  • Possess strong negotiation skills

  • Have experience meeting sales targets or KPIs
